Inpatient Residential Program

Ottawa Maberly Addiction Rehabilitation Residence is an inpatient treatment center offering programming to increase knowledge and skills for those seeking recovery from substance use. Located in Maberly, Ontario, our eight-bed facility provides a comfortable, friendly environment in which clients are able to focus on recovery.  The key to inpatient residence addiction rehabilitation is to offer a space away from addiction related environments, giving clients time to self-reflect and prepare to make changes in order to return home with more insight to make more adaptive and healthy choices. Clients are introduced to a schedule of programming and leisure that aid in creating a balanced routine to transfer back to their home environment. Programming includes psychoeducational classes that increase client’s knowledge of addiction and recovery related topics with workshops and seminars for clients to increase their skills based on the psychoeducational topics. Leisure and recreation activities are part of the treatment process to allow clients to explore and engage in alternative healthy hobbies and interests. Clients also meet with counselling and psychotherapy staff on an individual basis to address their specific needs. OMARR’s program also includes involvement in community self-help groups such as AA and NA. While staying at OMARR, each client is assigned their own private room and nutritious meals are prepared in-house by our Chef daily. Inpatient programs are available for 30, 60, and 90 days with the option to extend. In line with the National Institute of Drug Abuse, it is highly recommended for clients to engage in recovery treatment for addiction for at least three months in order to have the most optimal chance of success in recovery. See our schedule and pricing for more information.
